Lifemost is corporate benefits platform designing programs around movement, active recovery and self-care for physical and mental health. We're looking for a B2B Sales Manager to join our growing team. Main target is to drive through the full sales cycle by making/sending introductory calls and emails, assessing and building the relationship, performing sales presentations and closing the deals.
Your key responsibilities include:
- Sourcing new sales opportunities through outbound cold calls, inbound leads from marketing, emails and building long-term leads funnel through LinkedIn
- Attending professional and networking events for leads prospecting
- Positioning yourself as a thought leader in HR & Wellbeing space, leveraging and creating content to engage prospects - including HR, management and Insurance product executives
- Coordinating with other teams within the company to ensure that each step of the sales process runs smoothly
- Tailoring proposals and sales strategies based on client needs and available resources based on existing price matrix and customizing offers based on clients needs
- Managing sales pipeline by utilizing CRM, email and outreach tools and resources
- Maintaining daily KPIs and metrics - including forecasting and running a monthly progress analytics
- Achieving growth and hitting sales targets by successfully managing the sales process
Candidate profile:
- Minimum 5 years experience at Corporate Sales Role
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills (English, Arabic would be an advantage)
- Strong relationship builder with the ability to collaborate
- Willingness to make multiple phone and email contacts per day with excellent in person presentation skills
- Positive attitude and great team spirit
- Background in wellness industry or HR solutions / employee benefits / insurance / SAAS would be an advantage
- Experience working with Kommo CRM or similar CRM preferred
