Lifemost is daily lifestyle & self care app that provides seamless access to hundreds boutique studios, SPA, beauty salons and recreation activities (our app: https://lifemost.onelink.me/dsoA/z6nukr1r) We're looking for a Customer Support Manager to join our growing team.
You will communicate with our users, advise them on our service and help them with the issues. The main goal is to build a friendly consumer brand and maintain a good relationship with users.
Your key responsibilities include:
- Answering customer questions about the service and its features and tell about activities they can try with us (it’s a text support: we work in Front.com and will teach you everything, it's easy)
- Helping users with technical issues, communicating with our IT team in urgent cases
- Handling incoming escalations and refund requests
- Building friendly relationships with customers and collecting feedback
Candidate profile:
- You have experience as a customer support specialist (at least 1 year), preferably within a similar environment
- It is important for you not only to answer questions, but to be a real happiness manager who, even in a small letter, will make the client fall in love with you and our product
- You are polite, easy-going and sociable, responsive and don’t like conflicts
- You are patient and can show how it works, even if this is the third time in a row :)
- You have a good memory and you will quickly grasp how everything works
