Lifemost is a corporate benefits platform that focuses on physical and mental health. Our growing team is currently seeking a B2B Marketing Communications Manager. As part of your role, you will confidently research and contact potential marketing partners, while also masterfully coordinating internal and external events and collaborating with cross-functional teams.
We have made a significant impact in the market this year, building up great offline and online resources and already establishing a presence in Dubai and Abu Dhabi. Although the well-being benefits industry in the region is established, it is quite old-fashioned. We aim to become the major player in the region and to evolve the sector to a new level through digital infrastructure..
Your daily adventures will include:
- Managing the full cycle of events, including coordination of internal and external events such as online webinars, conferences, and offline events. Your responsibilities would include overseeing logistics, researching speakers, managing registrations, and following up after the event. You should be able to identify the right audience for each event and ensure attendance with the right resources. Main goals are building the community and leads generation
- Building partnerships by researching and reaching out to suitable marketing partners for collaboration, identifying key stakeholders, and establishing long-term relationships. You should be able to create cooperative content and manage B2B and marketing partnership projects.
- Coordinating with cross-functional departments, such as Sales, Content, E-commerce, and Developers, to launch high-quality projects on time. You would support sales managers by taking part in each step of the sales funnel.
- Planning tasks on a monthly and weekly basis using Notion, and reporting results.
- Creating content concepts and texts for marketing campaigns, including assistance with proofreading, email blasts, influencer campaigns, and cross-marketing projects.
We are looking for:
- 2+ years of experience in marketing, project management, or a similar role
- B2B experience is a plus
- A great passion for event management
- A bias towards action mindset - you are comfortable making quick decisions and putting plans into action
- Knowledge and experience in multi-channel marketing
- Honesty and humility - you're not afraid to admit when you don't have all the answers
- Effective project management skills, including setting timelines, tracking progress, working well with cross-functional teams, and delivering projects on time and within scope
- Fluent or native English proficiency, with the ability to proofread
