Lifemost - is a one stop solution for all fitness, wellness and lifestyle needs in Dubai. Our subscription based service provides seamless access to hundreds boutique studios, SPA, beauty salons and leisure activities. We are looking for an Operations Manager in our growing team. You will be responsible for leading the market expansion, developing relationships with wellness service providers and managing high performing team to strengthen our position in the field.

Your daily adventures will include:

• Managing all company's operations in UAE and navigating through existing and upcoming trends in a field
• Being responsible for P&L
• Being responsible for nurturing and managing internal team
• Controlling all topics regarding partners relationship, services bookings
• Maximising capacity of classes availability at selected neighbourhoods by having an all time overview of supply and demand metrics
• Unlocking B2B channels for partnerships
• Advocating and elevating Lifemost brand and service by working closely with local influencers and opinion leaders

We are looking for:

• 4 or more years of experience in an operational position, at least 2 years in Dubai
• Data-driven analytical mindset (great Excel skills are a must)
• Amazing negotiation and communication skills
• Team management experience
• Be a hustler, not stopping after 20 obstacles a day
• Be an owner and proactively find solutions to business problems
• Be passionate about new technologies and fitness tech
